24 Preludes for Piano. A double album of original, dreamy, classical mood-pieces inspired by Satie, Scriabin, Ravel, and Bach, composed over 14 years, and recorded on the beautiful Steinway at the Glenn Gould Studio in Toronto (2015). The Dawn Chorus. A diverse, melodic pop album with fifteen songs about relationships, nature, and our need to protect the planet. Folk rock, chamber pop, alternative, bossa nova, art songs, and an Appalachian-style ballad, with my Canadian band The Kids: Don Kerr, David Celia, Peter Murray (2010). Sample:

Someone Still Loves You Michael Holt (A Scrapbook for You). A split CD with Missouri indie-pop band Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin, featuring six very diverse songs culled from my early 4-track home recordings. The six SSYLBY tunes include their cover of my song "Cora." A limited edition with creative, handmade packaging; each copy is unique (2005). Pilot Single. An indie-rock album recorded in San Francisco, New York, and Toronto with my friends from each of those cities. Pajama Garden. My first solo album, a playful, experimental, 22-song journey into it's own magical world of colors and shapes. It features many of the downtown New York art-rock musicians I grew up with, and includes a full color, 12-page booklet of lyrics, drawings, and photos (1991). Sample:
